At Memory Lane Floral & Creative Accents, we do our best to ensure every delivery reaches its destination safely. If the recipient isn’t available, our delivery team will assess the situation and determine the most suitable option based on weather conditions, location, and available shelter.
Depending on the circumstances, flowers may be left in a safe, sheltered spot, with a neighbor, or at a designated reception desk or office. If no suitable delivery option is available, the arrangement may be returned to our shop until another delivery attempt can be arranged with the recipient.
If we’re unable to complete the delivery in person, we may leave a notice at the door and contact the recipient by phone or text to provide an update.
Our priority is to protect your floral gift and coordinate delivery as smoothly as possible.
